Save Downtown Northbrook

Do not let Pulte Group and the Village Board transform our downtown area into a soulless block of small, overpriced condos that no one is asking for. Their plan will eliminate roughly 50% of our downtown commercial space and kill over a dozen successful local businesses. Their proposed 2x zoning code height, six-story tall buildings will permanently scar our village’s downtown area.
